1. Eligibility The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

2. Competition Period Entries open on 15 June 2026. Entries close at 11:59pm (BST) on 1 August 2026.Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete and submit the competition entry form available on this website. Fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize The prize consists of: Return economy flights for two people from a UK airport selected by the Promoter to New York City, USA. Hotel accommodation for two people and £1,000 spending money provided to the winner.The total prize is subject to availability and may vary depending on travel dates and airport availability.

5. Prize ConditionsThe prize must be accepted as offered and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.Travel must be completed within 12 months of the winner being notified unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.The winner and travel companion are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel authorisations (including ESTA where applicable), travel insurance, and any other documentation required for travel to the United States.Any costs not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing.The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry.

7. Winner Notification: If the winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding the prize.

8. Publicity: By entering, participants agree that, if they win, the Promoter may use their first name, surname initial, and county of residence for winner announcements and reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection: Personal information supplied during the competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.Personal data will be used for administering the competition and for any marketing communications only where the entrant has provided appropriate consent.

10. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

11. Cancellation and Changes: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
